Dear Members:

As mentioned earlier this week, the Board was apprised of an error in the builder's quote for the club renovations.   As a result, we paused the information sessions scheduled for this week to evaluate the implications of this development.  We also discussed member input to date regarding the overall project.   The Board determined that more time is needed to continue to engage with members regarding the overall scope and scale of the project and as such, we are cancelling the special member meeting scheduled for September 13th.  We will continue with the information sessions scheduled over the next two weeks to solicit further feedback from members regarding the scope and design of the project.  Based upon this additional feedback we will re-engage a bidding process to further evaluate project costs and overall financial impact to the Club.  We expect to re-schedule the member meeting to early December.  We appreciate all of the input and support from members.  

As a reminder, information sessions will be held on the dates/locations listed below.  Members of the New Construction Committee and select Board members will be on hand to engage in discussion of the project, solicit feedback and answer questions.
