Masters Program

The Masters Swim Program continues to make great waves in the FHCC pool! Under the great coaching of Masters Coach, Dana Kirk, the Masters program continues to grow for all of our Masters swimmers enjoying the program!

If you are considering joining the Masters Swim Program maybe this will perk up your interest a little bit more. According to an online article published by the United States Masters Swimming national organization, "Swimming is one of the healthiest, fun, challenging and low impact forms of exercise you can do. Regardless of ability level and experience, people of all ages can swim. As we age, it is important to consider adding low impact, aerobic exercise to the physical fitness routine. Swimming is the ideal activity for many who can no longer bear the high impact and joint stress of running or jogging."

Masters Workout Days and Times:

  • Monday & Friday
  • 6am - 7am

  • Tuesday - Thursday
  • 5:45am - 7am

  • Wednesday *workout on whiteboard, but no coach
  • 6am - 7am

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • 9am - 10:15am

  • Monday - Friday
  • 12pm - 1:15pm

  • Saturday
  • 9am - 10:30am

  • Sunday
  • 8am - 9am
